the ISOC preconference chapters meetings are on 5/6 march in mariott
and not in the same location where ICANN is taking place. So there
will be no shift in the program of the ICANN meetings. Parallel
to ICANN from 7-9 March in mariott we have our local chapter event
called cainet2000 (see www.cainet.com.eg)
