Seriously, in the process of setting up one of my domains I was crabbing
about my dissatisfaction to anyone who would listen and Jon Postel asked me
to look at the ICANN incorporation & bylaw drafts. I was not able to learn
exactly why he thought I should have a look, but I'm here.

(If anyone has any ideas about that, I'd love to hear 'em.)
