[wg-review] guidelines on fwd-ing wg content?

i have a question.

I would like guidelnes on what I can or should not relay
outside the wg, say to isoc membership, in terms of posts,
either working docs, or people's comments. And similarly,
if there is relevant discussion over at isoc - how much
should I bring to this group.

Am I right in thinking it's ok to summarise discussions
in general terms but that otherwise material should not
be fwded/quoted? Is it publically archived at ICANN?

I, myself, hereby assign all rights to any contribution I make
here to ICANN. So it's their call as far as my stuff goes.
