Business Experience: Currently Own and Manage 350 Domain Names,
Internationally
Personal Experience: Web & Flash Designer responsible for registering domain
names for small business owners since 1994
Legal Experience: Involved in trying to overcome numerous cases of
cybersquatting and typsosquatting

My Current Concerns: 
1) Need for companies to buy up additional TLD's to prevent cybersquatters
from owning names just used as bargaining chips or cyber hostages
2) Need for companies to buy up additional TLD's to prevent abuse from
look-alike names by those attempting to masquerade as businesses
(typosquatting)
3) Lack of ability for individuals to compete with large businesses for
names that may be useful to both
4) Equitable way to offer up domain names to small businesses who might find
that their domain names of choice will never become available to them
because the names are either trademarked or grabbed by those with pull
5) Need for names not renewed or not actually being used to be placed back
in circulation
6) Will those that pre-register for new TLD's ever be satisfied?
