1. Disclosure to this ICANN Group:

On 7 November 2000 the Australian Competition and
Consumer Commission was notified by the writer,
an Australian barrister-- who had observed the
just-concluded ICANN California, USA proceedings
at Marina del Rey in early November-- that several
certain sections of the Australian Trade Practices
Act had been breached by ICANN and auDA in the free
market for competitive root services.


2. Notice to this ICANN Group:

In February 2001 the proposed ICANN proceedings at
the Melbourne Exhibition Centre on 10-13 March 2001
will be sought to be restrained and prevented from
occurring by Australian court order on the grounds,
inter alia, that the WTO proceedings at the Melbourne
Casino on 11-13 September 2000 resulted in police
violence towards the affected communities and their
individual and group representatives.
