This WG has not the charter to propose such technology guidelines (an
occasional need), but certainly to dertemine and make installed a permanent
pole of competence and reporting to the BoD able to propose such guides
lines when such needs arise.
This is why we must focus here on structural permanent questions. DNSO has
failed. We want to make it a success, don't we?.
