First, I wish this group could finish its challanging works until then.
However, if we cannot finish it until then, we have no choice but
to ask more time to work on this.

Compared to the former WGs in DNSO, everybody agrees upon
the fact that we have very limited time together with BIG holidays.

Based upon the experiences with WG B, C, D and E,
WG can ask to extend its designated timeframe  
if it could not finish its mission properly.

For example, WG D is still alive since 1999 June.
WG B, C, D and E have gone back to its group after its progress 
report to NC several times.
