As an owner of only a few names I understand you wanting them to hold value.
There are some of us with a much larger stake than 300 that would like to
see new TLDs and also realize the fact that there WILL be new tlds, whether
we like it or not. Just as fairness should apply to IDNH in TM Disputes,
Fairness should also apply to those with the "Foresight" to start and create
their own TLD.
