[wg-review] Polling Booth - Huh?

The "Polling Booth" at www.democracy.org.nz/vote1 is as clear as
mud. No instructions, no obvious method for selecting people, a
non-alphabetized list, a checkbox on the left that selects the
entire list, a non-underlined link at the bottom to "Drop your vote
in the ballot box" (whatever the **** that means!)...

What is this, some kind of joke?
