I agree, this is most confusing. As a part of IDNO, I have used Joop's
pollingbooth before and it is normally quite easy to use. I have no faith in
Kent's system because I simply don't trust him and it is largely a manual
system.
Might I submit that a list vote is probably the only workable mechanism
usable by all sides?
