[wg-review] Nominations ending tomorrow
I took a look at the results today (www.democracy.org.nz/vote1) and saw that
the system has collected nominations from over 35 nominators.
If you can still find your password, please nominate whoever you think fit
for Chair.
I also saw that my own name had been prominently ticked. Thank you for the
confidence, but..
I am very sorry , but I have to decline from running in this election.
While I am on the road, I am disqualified by lack of time to participate.
You want a chair who can do more than checking the list once every 24 hours.
There are others such as Greg Burton and Milton Mueller, who are both
chair-material and have the time do pay proper attention to the flow of
proposals and motions coming out of this WG.
What I can do at the moment is to run this election and to assist the Chair
in putting up consensus-topics for voting in the Polling Booth, once every
24 hours so that we have an easy and web-based overview of where we are
going as a WG.
This will help us formulating the report.
