I suppose that there are two typos,

and we should read "policy propositions" and on "fair, qualified and 
objective"
Otherwise it would not be consistent withe rest of your positions?

May we take such a definition as a goal the BoD will certainly accept, so at
least we have a commonly understood objetive (by ukaze or consensus,
never mind: we have one single and simply worded assignement).
