[2/3=consensus]

Do you mean a clearly identifyable minority opinion of close to 1/3 of the vote?
Or each individual minority opinion?

Greg's point that it's better to call a spade a spade is also well taken.

We could indentify:
1. a SIMPLE MAJORITY (YJ's consensus)
2. a strong majority (75% -the NC's consensus)
3. consensus (90%) (greg?)
4. a minority opinion ( to be clarified)
