Dear YJ,

Can you please give me guidance as to whether Peter, Elisabeth, Erica,
Philip, Ken and Theresa should participate in any votes directly concerning
proposals for reform of the DNSO and the NC?
I applaud that they are lurking here and available for dialog, but several
listmembers have voiced concern about their active participation.

I have already sent out passwords to them, and they may have voted on
current polling items.
Would it be proper if they were asked to identify themselves and their vote
on the comment line in the Booth (or here on the list)?
