Joop was appointed election administrator, not polling administrator. There
has been NO restriction on the ability of any member of the group to ask
any questions he or she desires, in what ever form they desire, using any
technology they desire.
While the Polling Booth Joop uses has much better security than pollcat
does, it also requires special access to develop materials. Under the
circumstances which include a tight deadline and a large volume of
material, doing it the way I suggested (and which the Names Council Task
Force seemed comfortable with) seemed more expedient. Sorry for the confusion

That's a little harsh. The results at pollcat are clearly visible to anyone
who wants to see them. My account password for these polls will be passed
to the Task Force so that they can get more detailed data for their report.
If you would rather answer either the questionnaire emailed to the group by
Philip, or the version in 10 emails from YJ, feel free. The task -
immediately - is to meet the requirements of the Task Force by whatever
legitimate means exist.
Also, for the sake of this simpleton, what is GA, that seems to be

The General Assembly of the Domain Name Supporting Organization. This
Working Group is part of the GA.
