Re: [wg-review] Drop constiuencies altogether

I support Roeland,

As YJ Park says, the whole stuff may finish with Staff hard work. So,
I propose that in parallel to the reporting to a structure we consider
as now defunct we make that work ourselves. We are not here to
waste our time and money but to see them usefull for general
good, for our business and for our fun.

Roeland, where are your documents? So we may start working.

Any of you wanting to join us for real business and pragmatic working of
solutions now either sticking to the ICANN bylaws either requiring orderly
changes in the limits authorized by the BoD or calling for logical adaptations
to be requested to the Melbourne and Stockholm meetings, please let us
know.

We have to be conscious that if we cannot professionally and
internationally rearrange the ICANN together according to its own rules
and its BoD directions, the only alternatives are either to build a new
or several new ICANN, either to leave the Governments to step in or to
leave ATTT/IBM/SAIC try to takeover. I oppose these three alternative,
but one of them will necessarily occur if Staff must do the job because
it presently has no consensus support with the retirement of Mike
Roberts and the DoC changes.

It means that we also have to work our contingency plan..
