·       The question is too generic and I'm too ignorant of this issue. 
·       I *know* it is a very sick puppy. If you can forgive the
meta-metaphor,
we've inherited a complete mess of contradictory band-aid solutions that we
can't seem to remove without killing the patient.

constituency

I would like to propose to the newly elected Chair that the Booth be used
for all (reformulated) polling  questions that we wish to incorporate in
