Your hard work is definately appreciated by myself. The type of response you
make here is truly a "high road" and I commend you. I, and I believe Mr.
Auerbach's last message was an attempt to get this under the wire also. I would
suggest leaving that to the chairs at this point. They have the documents, let
us see how Ms. Park proceeds.
