Thank you, my friend.

I believe that I raised this, to quite a great extent, in a long message
about jurisdictions, and, competence. And, given the Yahoo case where
Yahoo has applied for a declaratory injuction, that the decision of a
french court does not apply in the USA, it is obviously not an area,
where jurisdiction and coptentency of courts can be assumed.

I would have responded to the message about registrars having to
transfer domain names only at the order of a court, but, sometimes, the
trolling to gets too much to respond to.

My understanding is that, at present, the only court with acknowledged
world-wide jurisdiction, is the one that sits in the Hague, and, as far
as I know, it hasn't yet got involved in domain name disputes.
