Well, if you can find the budget, and those that can do it. But I am saying,
start somewhere. Right now nothing is being done. Personally I cannot translate
every single thing that I write myself. It would be too expensive - I would
have to delist! Now there are things like machine translation, which can be
done in real time, which is what you are suggesting. But its not very accurate.
I am only aware of the UN being able to translate every single word being
spoken. I dont think ICANN has that kind of budget...
