I wish to clarify something in my last post. I wrote:

I want to ensure that everyone understands that this does not exclude one
working in conjunction with the other. What I was intending to imply was
that the rules which apply to Television (or any other established medium or
means) are not necessarily the rules which should out of hand apply to the
Internet. To do so would be to remove this plant from the sunshine, only to
watch it whither and eventually die. We must not allow for the Flow of
Information to be choked by *any* exclusive interests.
