Now, you must know that the USG has no intent of getting out of the Internet
management business.
However, it may be shown that the US is in violation of the APA and has
circumvented the APA through DoC and ICANN.
The problem with the US model is that the US has its US Constitution and
non-delegation doctrine which prevents this kind of delegation of power,
policymaking and lack of accountability.
It is not good that the US violate the laws of its US Constitution and
continue to do so without challenge.
