Let's get back to business.

To support the multilingual idea here, one needs the participation and
assistance of the international Internet community which is the target
audience.  If you do not have the international Internet community supporting
the multilingual idea, then is this multilingual idea not like putting the cart
before the horse?  Or, whatever.
