OK -- I do have a few questions.  Business must be good -- On your web
site you give the telephone number (202) 801-0158.  I tried calling 
several times, but got a busy signal each time.  So I thought I would 
just ask the questions here:

1) Are you a membership organization? If so: 

    a) how many members do you have and what are their geographic
    distributions?

    b) what are the qualifications for membership?

    c) how much does it cost to join?

    d) how does one join?

    if not, how does a non-member dns-stakeholder affect the policies of
    the corporation?

2) The web site states that DNSGA is a non-profit corporation. 
    Where is it incorporated? Who are the directors? Who are the
    officers? Who are the staff? Can I see the bylaws and articles of
    incorporation? Can I see the financial statements? Tax returns?  (It 
    would be nice if this information was posted on the web site.)

3) Where does DNSGA get its financial backing? Who are the main 
    contributors?  Are there any corporate sponsors?  If so, who are they?

4) On the web site you give the address:

I wonder if you could describe the facilities you have at that 
location?  Do you have any job openings?

Being a geek, I couldn't help poking around your network a bit -- I'm
always curious as to how people have things set up.  The whois info for
dnsga.org is fairly bland -- the only additional information I noticed
was the the information concerning what is apparently your web service
provider, which is listed as the technical contact (I assume that from
the use of the role email account "noc@gserver.net" which is a standard
abbreviation for Network Operations Center):

I phoned the telephone number, and got an answering machine.  But there 
was no identification in the message.

Interestingly enough, the IP address for dnsga.org is 209.39.186.150,
which is just the same as the ip address listed for gserver.net.  This 
address comes out of a block allocated to Verio, however, the inverse 
lookup is not configured...
