Here I agree with Kent.
It is helpful to have a ready overview of the local times for  participants
other than yourself.

But the volunteer effort of everything that the DNSO does shows up painfully.

ICANN must fund the DNSO, and especially the pennyless constituencies.

I listened briefly to Elisabeth at 3.45 A.M. explaining this very problem,
but at that ungodly hour I could not meaningfully participate.
I don't know if we got any further on the representation of Individual DN
holders and I felt it was inproper to interrupt a 10 minute dialog between
2 participants. 
So I hang up and tried to get back to sleep.
