Peter, have you tried this product, or do you know anyone who has?  I 
notice that the "professional edition supports custom dictionaries, 
which would be extremely useful.  Quite a bit more expensive.

If anyone else gets this I would be interested in your impressions -- 
off topic for this list, so maybe you should contact me privately...
