[wg-review] Today's NC Telecast

As I've done on several other occasions, I've made mp3s of today's Names
Council conference call available on my web site. You can find them here:

Depending on your bandwidth, my server load, your choice of browser, and the
helper application you've selected to handle mp3 files, they may even
stream.

These recordings are provided as "proof of concept" of how to provide quick
and inexpensive webcasting of non-participatory meetings. I believe that the
Names Council itself plans to implement something similar later this year.

In the meantime, this audio recording may be helpful to the Working Group.
As you'll note from the link above, the third mp3 file deals with the
WG-Review issues.
