Comments: 
·       Not enough time to debate the issues 
·       I would prefer a stronger mandate in the report 
·       Our time is being significantly whittled away with these "preliminary"
reports. So lets stop dicking around and actually get some concrete ideas onto
the floor to vote on. BTW the whole of this structure looks like the Fed's
alphabet soup. Enough. 




Preliminary Report - Consensus

Comments: 
·       I have a problem with this: "While working towards consensus is
desirable, the current state of the DNSO will require explicit votes on
matters
of substance until a far greater level of trust in the process exists." Who
said consensus *was* desired? 
·       I do NOT agree with "adopting all of the above proposals" 
·       All i see here are statistics and a perverse argument over
definitions.
I quote, " Clearly defined and published methods for considering DNSO issues
would improve the process." No shit, this should have been obvious from day
one.

Comments: 
·       Preventing an individuals voice is a rights violation 
·       Since a few people may hold many domain names, I wonder how such a
constituency could operate with full representation of "small" holders'
interests.
