[wg-review] agenda for Feb 26?

Philip,

On January 29th, you wrote me that the motion for an individual 
constituency WG would be addressed at the next monthly meeting. I just 
looked at the agenda for the February 26 teleconference and don't see it 
there. Is there some additional problem with addressing it?
