Re: [wg-review] work
Greg,
Please don't resign, unless your other affairs (hope your daughter's doing
well) need to take precedence. You're doing fine. We all have to try to
downplay our personalities, I've been tempted to RAVE more than a few times,
and next week when my site goes up I'll do it there. Let's all try to do
better.
On voting vs summaries. I posted an opinion early in the list when the
polls were questioned, there are good uses for them, like getting 'lay of
the land' on presented ideas or alternatives. They must be carefully used to
indicate possible concensus due to the obvious problem of the small number
of voters as opposed to the total on the list. Summaries can fill in a lot
of the remaining space, after suitable comment after posting and including
minority opinions, as stated in the description.
Respectfully Submitted
