The idea in this is, of course, that we get our postings on the report up. 
I put in my two cents worth,

and I hope everyone else, active or observing, will do so as well.  I don't
know how much good it will do, but it may be difficult for them to ignore a
large number of postings, particularly if they differ from or convey our
stronger feelings on some of the suggestions made in the report.  What the
heck!  It can't hurt!
