Re: [wg-review] Voting Rights
It would appear that Mr. Harris' remarks here are pleasantly implying in what
zone of influence a neophyte researcher such as myself might look for answers
to the cause of the resistance to representation of the ICW.
Can someone please direct me to sites where I can learn more regarding the
influence of the IP & TM groups which are peripherally involved.
I am already simultaneaosly reviewing the ipc.dnso material.
A cross check on the legal ownership of ICANN will I am sure prove equally
enlightening. Epidemiology is the best place to start when looking for cures.
Sincerely,
