[wg-review] CLEAR MANDATE

After listening to the very interesting meeting yesterday, I believe we
have very clear mandate on how to proceed.  We must submit a report for
the Melbourne meeting.
If you ask how I come to this conclusion it is simple.  No one said no
and the list is still operating. And don't forget Ms. Parks' posts.

Obviously with the short time remaining the most effective method would
be for members to clearly delineate the subject matter and post what
they believe are appropriate reports in any given area. Let us make
comments directly to the author and if resolution of any disagreement is
not forth coming present the detractors objection and attribute it.

It would be helpful at this point if some of the more silent members of
the group posted short affirmations of positions if that be the case. It
will be important to be direct at this point and seriously follow the
rules of protocol.

I will have a post a day dealing with education and outreach and welcome
any comments both on and off list.  Someone with a more practical and
less idealistic perspective may be better at the task so I will consider
my input as a default position.
