This link provides the draft final report as delivered by working group
E on June 21st 2000.
It appears that this report suffered some sort of catastrophe on its'
way to implimentation.
The very first matter that must be taken up with regard to Education and
Outreach is the establishment of a standing committee and the
appropriation of a permanent staff to conduct education and outreach.
There is no dissent from the opinion that outreach and education should
be a priority for ICANN.
It is necessary for ICANN to put the matter on the agenda and take
action to establish the committee and staff, this should be done at the
earliest possible opportunity.
