Danny and Group,

I think it is important to mention that funding
considerations for the DNSO should not be limited
only to those who propose additional
constituencies within the existing framework.  In
any proposals for the abolition of the existing
DNSO constituency structure, I think it would be
necessary to discuss funding issues for any
reconstituted DNSO.  So, for anyone recommending a
novel state of affairs within the DNSO as a whole,
I believe it is necessary for them to supply a
concomitant schema or plan detailing fundraising
suggestions.
