[wg-review] Outreach and Education

Gentlmen,

In that I and many others view your work and service sites as the finest
outreach on behalf of ICANN. Would please respond to these questions for
the WG-Review.

Should ICANN do a request for proposal and contract out Outreach and
Education?

How can ICANN reach more people in a productive way?

Do you think we should keep the WG-REVIEW open for the purpose of
implimenting Outreach and Education.
