The interim members of the Names Council for the ccTLD constituency
(Fay Howard, Bill Semich, Nii Quaynor) stepped down,
and their names on the council@dnso.org list were replaced
by the newly elected delegates (Dennis Jennings, Patricio Pobelete,
Nigel Roberts).

The list of Provisional Names Council members
(http://www.dnso.org/constituency/ncmembers.html)
and the one of ccTLD constituency were updated as well.
