Re: [council] NC teleconference announcement, September 15th 1999

unfortunately i am stuck in the middle of the hurricane which is set to hit
the florida coast tomorrow morning with winds approaching 220k/hr. we are
expecting approximately 6-9 inches of rain and severe winds.

i have to evacuate my home in approximately 2 hours and winds are already
approaching 100k/hr and doubt very much whether i will be able to make the
meeting tomorrow.

please accept this e-mail as my proxy authority for amadeu abril to vote on
my behalf in any names council deliberations.
