RE: [council] Call for comments on the Interim Report from the WG-C, new gTLDs.

The Interim Report of Working Group C of the DNS is 36 pages long, and
a separate paper (also long) covers the Root Level Registry Rules.
In this instance, two weeks may be insufficient to adequately review such
a volume of information, whereas 10 weeks seems inordinately long. For
long documents such as this, I think 30 days is appropriate time.
