RE: [council] DNSO meetings in Yokohama
NC and GA Chairs,
Being given that Board-related meetings stick to July 15 and 16,
having 2-day DNSO-related meetings on July 13 and 14 seems to be our
next option.
(1) May I have your opinions about having 2-day DNSO-related meetings
on July 13 and 14 rather than on July 14 and 17? (For such
Constituency that wants to meet 2 days, July 12 may be an
additional day.)
(2) May I have each Constituency's and Working Group's room
requirements (date, time, and special requirements)? Please think
about this assuming that we have meetings on July 13 and 14.
I've heard that no rooms are available for us before July 14 in the
same convention center as on July 14-17. But there may be possibility
to reserve rooms for our meetings in the nearby hotels on July 13 (and
12). I'd like to sum up our requirements as soon as possible and pass
it to the local host to know the feasibility (i.e., availability and
cost). As reservation will be done from now, we need to hurry.
DNSO-related meetings are thought to be :
(a) DNSO Constituencies (7 rooms; sizes ranging from 15 to 100)
mainly July 13
please notify me your requirements
==> each Constituency
(b) DNSO Working Groups B, C, D, and E
July 14 early morning or July 13
(July 14 early morning is better if we consider that room
is not secured on July 13 at this moment)
please notify me your requirements
==> each Working Group liaison
(c) DNSO GA (room for ~150, with a table)
July 14 morning
please give me comments, if any
==> especially, GA chairs
(d) DNSO Names Council (room for ~150, with 19-seat table)
July 14 afternoon
please give me comments, if any
