Ken and NC members,
Could we have your views rapidly on Kathy's request to appoint a proxy who
is not a member of the NC?

As you know I am not able to attend Yokohama and have for the present
appointed Theresa as proxy. However, if we believe that is is important to
have full representation (as Kathy says) I am ready to appoint another BC
member instead.
