I don't think this was the point.

Not only info presentation with surprise to NC in the last minute which
practically doesn't expect any comment from NC but also participation or
discussion among NC is the point, if this is the NC positon.

Hello Philip,

There are three items I want to add to.

[1]As far as I know, there was discussion on to issue DNSO/NC's
"pre-registration" position, which was volunteered by first Paul
and then you together with Louis and Andrew.

What's the status?
If it's not too late, I also want to join this group.
