Ken,
update on Intake Committee process for the agenda.
The IC sent you a proposed agenda for the Oct 19 meeting 14 days prior to
the meeting. This was intended to get to the whole NC within 24 hours sent
out by Elisabeth following your agreement or changes.

It is now Monday October 9, and so 10 days prior to the meeting and the NC
has not yet seen the agenda. This does nothing for the main objective of
having an IC - to improve the time for consultation.

Indeed according to the proposal agreed by the NC Elisabeth should have sent
it out within 24 hours of her receiving it with or without notice from the
Chair. (The Chair can change it later if needed).

Lets not let this new procedure fall at the first hurdle.
