Re: [council] NCtelecon 19 October 2000, start time

this is not a negociation dany...

i am trying to help everyone out here and be as responsive as possible.

i have subsequently discovered that the person who has volunteered to take
the minutes of the meeting will only be available at the time period
originally proposed last week (i.e. 08:00 to 10:00 eastern time) so i am
being going to stick with the originally stated time.

thats the decision 08:00 -10:00 october 19th ...

dial up #s and passcodes will be forthcoming
there will be an allowance for 15 "monitor only " lines as well

What's is really disturbing, is that it is not possible to stay for good
with a date/time!

I would appreciate we stop renegociating always the time. Such late
renegociation is not compatible with an efficient running of the meetings.
I will suggest in the AOB point that we establish in advance, the NC call
meetings, without renegociation possible less that two or three weeks
before the meeting.

For the 19th, call I can attend from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm CET, but this is
unusual. My schedule is normally tighter.
