I have just a few comments on the draft Business Plan

In Section 1(b), I would refer to the exact title of the WIPO process (ie
Second WIPO Domain Name Process - WIPO2 RFC-2)

I thought we should add the following:

GA Chair Elections
Individual Constituency Issue (which may tie in to ICANN's recent
announcement of its study to review At-Large Membership)
