Below is a comment resulted from consultation with ISPCP Constituency.

This business plan looks somewhat vague.  It would be preferred to
have more accurate timeframes (e.g. "July 2001" or "second quarter
2001") rather than just "sometime in 2001".  It is also thought more detail
would be in order.  For example, in additon to (3) "Monitor and
advise the Board on policy issues relating to Whois", perhaps the
plan could say how often they do this and by what means (e.g. a
status report every 6 months).
