Asencio is a well-known short seller that has campaigned publicly against
these agreements (and for that matter anything that might help VeriSign's
stock) for some time.  There has been no decision by DOC and we do not
expect one until May 14.

A story has been released on the wire saying ICANN Fails to Obtain
Necessary Approval for VeriSign Deal......
