not for me, but if it is a distractions for other's then you got a point.

there are minutes to read

No.

No...it doesn't require it. Also doesn't prevents nominees that can attend a
meeting to make lobying.

My idea (I don't know what is Peter idea) of have the chance to meeting
candidate face to face (or at least the ones who can attend ICANN meeting) is
that probably such candidates would have an space, maybe in the GA agenda or
even in the NC agenda, to expose their ideas. If, anyway, this would be in
the agenda of the GA or NC...for sure that anyway, we would have the chance to
listen them, but it is optional.

I must tell that you really got a point here (in fact this is the right
reason). Thank you for rememeber me about the fairness of the process. I
must accept that if this elections wants to achieve fairness, of course that
candidates that have a chance to meet us face to face presumably would have an
advantage of those not able to attend ICANN meeting (and who knows if a
candidate complains about fairness in this issue also).
Well, for me whatever is decided will be ok. Before, in or after
ICANN meeting, as far as we get on time with the ICANN schedule.
Best Regards
