[council] GNSO Council Nominations received for ICANN Board seats

There have been two nominations:

Barbara Simons nominated by Milton Mueller, newly appointed to the GNSO
Council by the Non Commercial Users constituency.

Alejandro Pisanty nominated by Marilyn Cade, a Commercial and Business Users
constituency representative, seconded by Ken Stubbs from the Registrars
constituency.

Both candidates have accepted their nominations and will be eligible for
election.
