Welcome to the GNSO Council.

Just to be clear, the March 6 meeting is a gtld committee meeting.  It is not a GNSO Council meeting.

The next GNSO Council meeting is scheduled to coincide with the ICANN meeting in Rio on 25 March 2003.

There is no problem with Harold attending the gtld committee meeting and being on the mailing list to ensure continuity in discussion.  Any posting from Harold to the council list would need to be limited to the topic of the gtld committee.

The GNSO Council in due course will need to approve any advice from the gtld committee, and this will be via a formal Council resolution.  You will have the voting responsibility at that time.
